The Romanian village during the transition period-1993

The aim was to obtain indicators that would allow for a preliminary assessment of the following categories of issues: 1) the extent to which the community, through the facilities at its disposal, promotes or hinders the socioeconomic activity of local residents. 2) the agricultural potential of the farm; 3) the implementation of law 18/1991 and its shortcomings; 4) the agricultural operation itself; 5) the household's standard of living; 6) how farmers view the involvement of certain state institutions; 7) the relationship between the farmers' value system and the values of the market economy. The questionnaire has six sections: 1) general information; 2) land ownership; 3) labor force; 4) the household's situation and prospects; 5) perception of change; 6) relations with various institutions, authorities, and specialists.
