Social observation network on issues affecting the Roma population - 1992

The analysis began with the observation that the Roma population is at a crossroads: It is subject to significant pressures to change its way of life, both from within and from outside. The objectives guiding the analysis are: 1) to assess the current state of the Roma population; 2) to identify the factors causing or contributing to this state. These variations May provide indications regarding the direction, pace, and scale of likely changes. Based on the analysis of data collected in the field, a series of possible solutions for addressing this problem were developed.
