Assessment of management training needs. Managers - 1994

The objectives of this research were: To assess the need for managerial training in Romania and to outline courses of action aimed at promoting a modern managerial culture. The study made it possible to outline courses of action for promoting a modern managerial culture within the context determined by the current type of managerial culture, the characteristics of the Romanian managerial environment, and the actual needs for managerial training.
