Access agreement

The agreement identifies the authorised person and project, dataset version, period of use and applicable security measures. Conditions must be available before a request is submitted and remain accessible after approval.

• use the data only for the approved purpose;
• do not attempt to reidentify participants;
• protect files and limit access to authorised people;
• cite the version used and report agreed outputs;
• delete or return copies when the access period ends, if required.
